To be fair fireworks are kinda not fun for a lot of people and hard to just ignore if they're shaking your room, keeping you awake, making your pets lose their shit or if you're a veteran giving you ptsd flashbacks. By all means celebrate but maybe have fun in a way that doesn't force literally everyone within a certain radius to be involved?
