yea same thing for me. city utilities says it’s from a tree interference and they should have it fixed by noon

Appreciate the response! Hopefully it’s before noon I have work at 11 and no charge in any of my devices.

They often times get it fixed earlier than the stated time. I think they give a longer time just in case they run in to other issues.
