Yes and no.
Can you go to Mercy or Cox on your insurance?
Cox from what I recall
Call your insurance company.
They'll tell you which doctors are in-network, and should give advice on who is a trusted doctor. Further, they're going to be the only ones who can think about your budget and policy. The moment you involve a doctor, you start getting charged. Doctors don't care what you're being charged, despite you being under their care.
I receive therapy online. No one in the area was in-network for me. There were only a couple who were on my healthcare network who hadn't been reviewed as quacks.
Without knowing your insurance provider, and without any spec on your unique health situation, it's irresponsibile of anyone to recommend you anything. This is what your insurance provider is for.
Edit: if you don't have insurance, I really don't know what to say, otherwise. I wish the best for you. Find a well-reviewed doctor, and call them to see if they're accepting new patients.
I would start at the link below. My insurance uses Mercy so I cannot recommend one. I also use Heathgrades ratings on doctors.
Do you have a primary care provider? You can get a referral for a psychologist from him/her depending on what level of therapy you need.
Otherwise your insurance can provide you with a list of approved counselors in the area.
The Psychology Today website allows you to search for city, issue, insurance, and other criteria that might help you find a good fit. Good for you for seeking out help and best of luck to you.

Growing Connections Counseling in Springfield. Excellent.
I know previous comments gave you therapists but what I'm going to say is schedule an appointment with a few different ones. Find one that makes you comfortable and ask how they approach what you're looking to be seen for. The key is to find one you can trust! I wish you luck on this journey and I hope it goes well for you š
