IKR, crazy people who are legally liable for workers when they are at work want you to be not under the influence of any type of drug. What were they thinking?

Not if you're the least bit under the influence while at work. Same reason you can't do a couple shooters of Fireball before firing up the machinery.

A lot of people are willing to risk doing it at or before work. That’s why employers minimize their liability risk with drug tests.

It’s a screening process not future telling. It deters/prevents some drug using applicants while also giving a possible work comp insurance discount. Cute selfie though “🔮🤪”
