Not sure if they still do but Brown Derby International Wine Center had a little bistro inside that had the best Prime Rib I’ve ever had in my life.

If you’re willing to drive a bit, Piccolos in Nixa will sometimes do a sous vide prime rib as a special.

Surprisingly, when City Cafe has Prime Rib, theirs is not bad. Jimm's is probably the best in town, but it's not that great when compared to other steakhouses.
