Reply to comment by OzarkHiker1977 in SGF airport luggage taking over an hour. How is this possible? There are 2 30-person flights that came in around 10. It is now going on 11 and no luggage in sight. It’s this sort of thing that makes me frustrated with living here by RiddickCh0nicles

I’ve also heard this. In addition, it’s takes 3 mins to get from gate to baggage claim in SGF, and it takes decently longer in more major airports.

I work here... very understaffed...great group of folks though...
