It’s highly addictive. By itself it’s not going to kill you but when it’s coupled with tobacco it’s a double whammy of cancer and addiction.

Well, that and the benzene etc that is added to the stuff as a preservative and to intensify its scent. Natural Tobacco doesn't smell nearly as strong as cigarettes or rolling tobacco
