It's an old term for when someone is no longer welcome in a bar or restaurant.

I can’t help but notice the present continuous tense grammar mistake, a common one among Indian ESL speakers. (It should be “we do not need…”)

It’s difficult to say, since as the FCC notes in its order, Global UC wasn’t very forthcoming about its operations. I’ve asked the FCC for a bit more detail on the company’s customers and will update if I hear back.
