Why is that when billions go missing nobody can figure it out????

Wouldn't you think it would be much easier to track than a late fee? They sure seem to be on top of that though, don't they??

Transactions that large are flagged. This is an organization that was already under the microscope but it sure is a head-scratcher where the money went!!!
