That’s kind of what I keep telling myself.

I loved the leftovers and how it handed its mystery so I am gonna go in and by the end hopefully make my own choice. Or watch a million ending analysis videos afterwards

The leftovers was from a LOST showrunner, and inspired by how people reacted to the ending. No spoilers in that as there's no direct parallels but if you didn't know, now you know, they share a writer

Nope, it's legitimately a bad ending, but it's an extremely fun ride to get there, so I still recommend it.

Too much of the last season was written by Kistis and Horowitz, who went on to create the absolute narrative mess that was Once Upon A Time
