>Quality is what matters. Quality is what Casey and that team is delivering. It’s the best team in the business. We’re doubling down on that HBO team. They’re all committed under contract and we’re going to spend dramatically more this year and next year than we spent last year. HBO is one of the crown jewels of WBD.

Zaslav, Aug 4th 2022

So no TLOU won't be the last high quality big budget show.

They only said this to make the shareholders happy.Casey bloys is a "yes sir" type of person.zazlav is the one in control&the only great thing that helped casey bloys do a great job is Jason kilar,The previous ceo of warner and I don't even know what they will release in april or may cz nothing is filmed yet(perry mason, his dark materials, the last of us,white lotus)will all be released before mars.they're planning to shut down Hbo max and merge it with a reality show and food network.

Casey has been with HBO for over 2 decades now and he's responsible for a lot of great shows, that's why he was promoted to CEO of HBO this year.

Jason Kilar was responsible for Christopher Nolan leaving Warner Bros for Universal.

Succession is coming next spring or summer. The Idol, Somebody Somewhere and The White House Plumbers are expected too.

Merging the two streaming services makes sense when they're both owned by the same company.

Watch House of the dragon on warnerdiscoveryHbo+ lol. I mean casey bloys is really doing a great job. But zazlav is the one in control. Jason at least cared about the industry and he didn't treat the shows&movies as "content" or fire workers. He even interacted with the fans on social medias. And im actually surprised how they filmed s4 of succession this fast.white house plumbers&the idol were filmed before the discovery merger too.

Casey himself said that Zaslav doesn't interfere with his decisions. Jason might have been good too but he's the reason Warner lost one of the best filmmakers of our time, this is huge.
