During the mid 2000s, I remember pilot episodes would end up on torrent sites. Usually around the beginning of summer. I recall watching Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. The leaked version was slightly different.

Same with the Bionic woman remake where the sister was a deaf girl, that was 2007.

I think I only recall this because the lead was a UK soap actress Michelle Ryan who got a US break and then the show flopped.
