I watch more reality tv than scripted, I think. Not sure I can limit to just 1 so here are my favorites for different tastes/ reasons:

1. Best overall - Amazing Race. I love the combination of interpersonal relationships and travel/ tourism. The season that aired in spring 2022 was fantastic - it was the season that started to film in spring 2020 so definitely a twist compared to previous years.
2. Favorite trainwreck - Sister Wives. This show has been around for about 12 years but now many of the relationships are falling apart and the schadenfreude has been a little hard to pass up.
3. Current favorite niche competition show - Blown Away (Netflix). I sort of stumbled on this one after visiting the Glass Museum in Tacoma and seeing a reference to the show. There are 3 1/2 seasons of competitive glassblowing - very cool to watch.
4. Not sure how to classify this one - educational plus great lead plus a little gross - Dr. Pimple Popper. Dr. Lee has the best bedside manner - watching her is like a master class in people skills. Combine than with learning about various dermatological conditions and it's super interesting. I was a little grossed out at first but watching a ton of cyst and lipoma removals kind of desensitizes you.
