If someone's already seen the email it's too late, there's no way to take it back.

The best you can do is send another email saying "please ignore this email", but that will just draw more attention to it.

If it's internal email with an internal email server run by internal IT department, they can just delete the email from all the inboxes. If it goes external, it's out there forever.
