Tell her it's a scam and call your credit card company to send you a new card with a new number just in case.

Technically it is a scam, but she doesn't need to know all the details.

Yeah but wouldn't that result in just new letter with bigger dept? I l'm really not into law and stuff and idk if they can just get me in court? Ps. their HQ is not in my country

It's 100% a scam, just change cc details and ignore it, it will go away.

Also, it's a private company in another country, even if it were "legal" in any measure, that would only be in their country, and they'd have basically no means to do anything to you anyway.

Really man, just req a new card, and ignore them.
