I’m not sure I quite understand this - how can she see any of your content if you’ve blocked her? People might send her things, but the most she should be able to see is your profile page but almost none of the content.

Has she done anything with the instagram posts that is cause for concern?

I think you might want to take a break from social media and not focus so much on what your ex is doing - just because she viewed your profile doesn’t mean anything nefarious. Personally, with only the information you’ve provided here to judge by, I don’t find this strange or worrying. After breakups people often are curious to see what their exes are up to/how they are doing.

I’d honestly be more concerned that there are people you’re connected to who insist on sharing your content with her despite having been broken up however long. Those people seem to be meddlesome shitstirrers, and the best approach is to give them nothing to work with. Any inkling who in your circle would be doing something like this?

ETA: I see in another comment you’re trying to build up a presence on TikTok - you’re going to have to come to terms with the fact that once you put content out there in the world, what people do with it and how they respond/react to it is going to be entirely out of your control. I worry that given this example with your ex, trying to build a TikTok presence might not be a healthy option for you and your mental health.
