Poopo will be self explanatory for English speakers,but Titicaca sounds like "boob" and "shit", respectively, in Spanish.

I just know my great grandma used to call it caca back in the 1980s. She was born in 1901 and she was a rather, uh, wild woman in her youth. No telling where she picked it up.

Nope, "caca" in french comes frome the latin word "cacare" and i'm pretty sure the Spanish origin for it is the same (roman langages and all)
