I think you're talking about basically the same concept as Minuted described below you. You shouldn't be downvoted. You're taking his use of the term "race" like what I interpret that quoted text to mean -- a group of people, but not like Whites / Blacks / Chinese.

That’s exactly the case. People today want there to be racism today so bad. I was literally saying that his interpretation of the groups was race but that’s irrelevant what’s important is the fact that some were better skilled. And not better skilled because of natural race genes. But better skilled because that particular race has more experience, larger population, or better training. Either way you can identify these groups easiest by looking at the way they look.
