Would folks know of other places that do cooking or baking classes? I’m familiar with King Arthur flour’s classes in Norwich, and the classes the Essex Resort does, but I’d just like to explore what else there might be! Cooking has become a fun bonding activity for my bf and me, so I thought it’d explore what’s available. Thanks in advance!

CVU does evening adult classes. That includes how to make food classes. It’s been a minute because I moved further north but I did a Thai meal and a Christmas cookie session. Done in the high school home ec room at that time. They have a catalog online to check out offerings.

Check out Brot Bakehouse in Fairfax. Lots of great baking classes, mainly focused on naturally-leavened/sourdough breads, but they do some fun other stuff too!

Grab salt fat acid heat. It's a good book for learning principles of cookin.

Where are you located, or how far to travel? I'm in southern Vermont and thinking about classes at Fire Dog Breads in Keene.

City Market in Burlington does a lot of classes. Check their website. They publish around the 10th of the month and they sell out fast.

Keep an eye on programs at local libraries, too! Sometimes free groups or classes.

There’s something like what you’re looking for that someone puts on in Bridgewater. I can’t remember the name of it but I’m sure keywords will lead you to it..
