I think the threat was what Rama was pointing to, not his opinion on Slate Ridge.

Edit: And now we have people defending the threat. Unsurprising. The anti-Rama circlejerk is quite the thing to behold here.

But what benefit would his presence been? Don't you think that his protection detail and the media circus with him would've just heightened the tension? Also giving slate ridge a general forum to be seen?

Or else.... I'll downvote you etc. It's not cool or excusable but I cant speak for Rama. But Rama also needs to understand that stirring the pot politically is going to invoke the crazies too.

Cool? His post is pointing out the threat. You've now taken this up as your cause for some reason to both relitigate slate ridge and to now downplay the threat? This appears to be a block and move on situation. Best of luck with your search for an argument.
