I was on 89 back in October and there was a BMW and a Range Rover racing each other going about 90 in the left lane. Two state troopers are sitting in the median and the racers see them once it’s too late. They start to pull over to the shoulder but the cruisers haven’t moved. They just completely ignored these guys. Been pissed off about that ever since.

I had a similar situation in CT recently. I was even close enough to the cops to get their attention and gesture while mouthing “what the fuck is wrong with you, go get them” and they just continued their chat like it was a nice Sunday afternoon on a park bench without a care in the world. Cops have collectively given up and it happened exactly in 2020. I genuinely don’t understand how more people aren’t noticing it and calling them out.
