I know you’re in Barre-Montpelier area but RC Motorsport in Essex has treated me and my family wonderfully for years now. Very honest and transparent. They have to take photos of the car from underneath and a state office has to sign off on the condition so they’re incredibly picky about what passes. My wife’s car failed because the registration was expired by a month but Ralph didn’t charge since he couldn’t sticker it. Might be worth a shot
