Christ on a bike: a spoon, a quarter and some lotion for over $200 is challenging for my psyche.

keep in mind there's a 14% tax.

This feels like 25-27% “tax” with all the gouging.

My mental breakdown goes roughly:

Mass produced spoon: $25 2 8ths: $60-100 ($100 being the absolute top quality indoor) CBD Lotion: $25

55 per 3.5g product, they have other stuff there at other price points. I just bought this stuff cause it smelled nice and had 20-21% THC.

No shade on your choices, I’m gobsmacked at the industry prices is all.

I'm always a stiffler for prices. I grew up poor after all. I know the market is just starting to take shape, it's going to take some time.

I spent more than I'd like to, but I am happy to support this new business as they are exactly what I hoped for in the legal market: a place that sells weed that isn't a fucking meme (420 culture shit) and does so respectfully with really well trained staff.

As I said before, I’m not shitting on or throwing shade about your choices, at all. As the world gets hotter and less livable, I think buying weed is one of the kindest things someone can do for themselves if they like weed. Buy it where you want to, I was just surprised.
