By most accounts Roscoe’s popularized it from Harlem, but I agree no reason why it shouldn’t be good . I guess I’d rather make a waffle the crust rather than deal with a second breading flavor and consistency, but I’ll bet this still slaps…

It’s more Southern-inspired if that (Harlem and PA origins for c’n’w). The pizza part I’m not sure about although if you Google it, lots of folks have recipes. Papa John’s (puke) even has one (coming out? No chance of me darkening their doorstep)
