There have been a couple. The conditions were reported as being pretty rough. Not sure if they have changed since the purchase.

TownePlace suites in Williston was built in '99 and wasn't in bad shape when I worked there 5ish years ago. It's shocking how much money they are saying it'll cost to change it into housing.
