Tesla's stock price is currently $201.97 per share. I recommend buying the $192.50 call and selling the $190 call, both with February 24 expiration dates. This trade would result in a credit of $1.95, and your breakeven point would be at $191.36 per share (46 contracts x $1 =$46).
