Can a company make an adapter and use the network? Or aren’t they allowing other EV’s to use them? Or pretty sure Chevron and Shell will have charging networks eventually.

it's not just an adapter but software as well, the car communicates with the charger and bills you automatically... can they set it up with other cars? maybe but I dont see why they would (unless governments start to require it)
