In my high school, anyone making a huge mess for janitors/ workers to clean up was yelled at for being a dick

I’m not saying it’s okay but you’re acting like this is a new phenomenon. also you mentioned teens just wandering around stores after school with starbucks. that is not bad. that’s what happens when you are bored or can’t go back home.
