I always do my shopping at Latino/international markets because they’re cheap and the customer service is so much better than big grocery stores.

If you live in a part of DC near a Megamart (Takoma, Rockville, Hyattsville, Riverdale, etc.), they offer a free ride home when you spend over 50$ on groceries too.

quality is also usually pretty good especially given the cheapness.
