Capital One arena policy?

I’m seeing Iron Maiden tonight and was wondering if they’d turn me away or confiscate a jacket with metal studs on it. They aren’t sharp spikes or anything, so not particularly dangerous to have at a show but I couldn’t find anything online about a policy on that. I also saw they have a no vaping policy and was wondering if I could even bring one in my pocket without it being taken at the door.

I'm going to the show too. I feel like they'd be confiscating a LOT of jackets tonight if they took anything with studs so you're probably fine. I was there a few weeks ago for the Killers and I saw a lot of women getting through security with bags that were definitely over the allowed size too so not sure how strict they are in general. Maybe leave the vape at home though?

I've seen women get turned away for purses that are only slightly larger than wallets. I guess it depends on who's on the doors from event to event.

Yeah, I'm a woman and I didn't bring a bag at all to the Killers because I was super paranoid about it!

Yeah, it’s a nicotine vape and I carry it with me everywhere but I might have to leave it. Good point with the jackets too, I’m hoping they’ll be cool with it.

They will not confiscate a vape device, but you will be escorted off the property if you're seen vaping on premises.

Your jacket should be fine.
