these 2 nations have if nothing else shown that they will not be bullied around

If china says Russia need to end the war they will. Their Infrastuctures will not survive if china sanction them, the country would collapse, but of course it will never happen. Russia is fully dependant on China and their currency, they are basically own by Xi's balls now.
