M.E.K. isn't the aggressor, the Iranian government is. Despite their name the M.E.K. isn't jihadist and leans more left-wing although their ideology is vague to say the least.

They are in Albania at the invitation of their government IIRC.

I'm gonna be honest, I don't know a lot about them. I know they were considered a terrorist organisation for many years but I was under the impression they have renounced violence?
