Russia is also not a signatory. Idk why ICC thought they could issue a warrant then. Anyways west supporting ICC on putin warrant just make them looks stupid and hypocrite, ICC also lost it’s credibility when it backed down on Iraq investigation when US threatened it. Makes you wonder what they did there… now they are crying about war crimes in ukraine lol. Rules for thee but not for mee.

Not signing the ICC convention is a political issue, not a military one. Big US generals have said a couple of times that the US should join as they have no plan to hide or commit war crimes. But go and find a majority for any big foreign policy decision in the US Congress for the last 20 years.
Doesn't mean that where it can be enforced, the law shouldn't be enforced. Just because laws don't stop all crime doesn't make them useless.

> For more than a decade, the family of farmer and father of two Dad Mohammad have prayed at his grave in Uruzgan Province, in southern Afghanistan, for the Australian SAS soldiers involved in his killing to face trial.
> The trial of Mr Schulz will not go far enough for the family of Dad Mohammad, who spoke with the ABC from the farm where he died.
> ADF investigators cleared Mr Schulz, concluding that Dad Mohammad was lawfully killed because he posed a direct threat to the Australians.

People who strapped bombs to kids and sell their daughters to be brutalized by the Taliban shouldn’t talk about war crimes. What a worthless culture.

Yeah exactly nor should the US , when it opened fired at a group of people consisting of innocent children and journalists. Let’s not forget about human rights violations and Julian Assange.

They are a blight on the diggers. Send the guilty away for a long time.
