What is they deployed it in Kyiv well beyond Russian reach? It would also let them test it out against Iranian weapons

ID isn’t designed to intercept the kinds of missiles and drones Russia is using against Kyiv. It’s for short range rockets and artillery.

And again, they don’t have any to spare.
