Amazing how quickly all these other countries—from Peru to Germany to the Maldives—are able to act against leaders (or leader-aligned) who are bad or criminal actors. And they’re doing it decisively and with teeth, even.

Peru does it every 4 or so years and elects the next anti corruption person who ends up being ousted for corruption. It’s a bad example haha

As a Peruvian, your example is horrible. To speak about Peru like it's not riddled with corruption that overtakes corruption every x amount of years, is straight up silly. You've fallen into the same narrative people back home have, every time this stupid shit happens again.
