And when they will finally lose they will say there were fighting the US and are still the 2nd best army in the world.

You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

Putin already called it a war. But he desperately wants to look like he and Russia are a victim and a victor

She speaks for all of us, Russia will lose this war of unprovoked aggression on Ukraine.

And Russia has all it needs to make it stop today, get out of Ukraine.

Yes, but we should allow a benefit of the doubt for such statements. Remember: a) this was not a official statement, rather a part of a discussion b) english is not an official language of Germany c) in german we use "Krieg"(war) a lot more casually (at least from my experience)

And what exactly is your question?

We all speak English well enough in Germany, we do not use „war“ more casually and she said what she said, no need to pretend otherwise

There is a huge difference if english is your first or second language. If it's the latter, you'll still have some features of your first language in it (not just accent, but also about the way you form sentences and the cultural background). Thats why you can usually say if someone is a native speaker or not.

And since i believe you are german, at least in my english/german bubble we use war more casually. But that is just my experience, not fact.
