Carpool lane signs and laws only specify multiple occupants, not multiple seats.

Sure, lots of people post BS about it. Social media is absolutely soaked in it. Despite that, none of my family, despite propagating conspiracies, have been arrested for it.
> most of them were totally serious.
And this one was not, supported by the cops not even being able to charge him with anything, not even with what they claimed they were arresting him for.

So you can't actually answer; you're just deferring to the cops arresting him as proof he committed a crime.

> Remember pizza-gate? January 6th? The Michigan governor kidnapping plot?
Yes, all of them were the efforts of many people over months and months all building on each other's conspiracies. Pizzagate was 2 months of 4chan and qanon boards going ALL IN on the conspiracy; it dominated their boards. Subreddits were made here supporting it. Jan 6 had dozens of members of government circulating the conspiracy. The Whitmer kidnapping involved a militant group and 9 months.
A single post filled with emojis and hashtags like #saveusbradpitt on someone's personal account, and then being raided within 3 hours, is not anywhere close to an appropriate response.

In what way did he incite violence and mayhem?

There are constantly eruptions, it's more a matter of "is this one going to be big enough to be a concern." Where I used to live, you could see the glow of the volcano in the distance every night.
They had an eruption in like 2017-2018, where the lava got riiiight to the edge of one of the towns. A couple houses got buried there, but I don't remember how much damage it did elsewhere. The brand new recycling center in Pahoa had the lava stop literally on the other side of a chain link fence.

It was ruled "unconstitutional" that a violent felon would lose his access to firearms. Because, as they put it, no other rights are lost when you commit a felony!... Except voting. And employment as a teacher/cop/childcare. And joining the military. And custody of a child.
But guns are the only important one!

Yes, they had plenty of video of pulling at cop's weapons, attacking them with a pole and fire extinguisher, and screaming that the Capitol police were traitors to the country.
Yawn.

Well, it better be. We have the largest military in the world, even if you combined #2-#11, we'd still beat them. And ask nearly any veteran, they will tell you the shit care of the VA. Whether it's forcing you to use their specific facility even if you have to fly there (all costs on you), or using rejects from the local medical school for surgeries, their level of care is abysmal. I know 3 people that went in for surgeries, on the knees or back, and all of them came out worse than they did before.
