I guess its hard for people to pay attention to traffic around them over the din of their 06 civic shitbox with a muffler-that-sounds-like-a-really-bad-exhaust-leak while blasting reggaeton which turns into scary clown music when the doppler effect kicks in.

I would venture to say these are probably targeted at people who are either single, making 6 figures (IT, maybe healthcare). or the DINK crowd. What they dont realize is that those same types of people wouldn't give worcester a second look when places like *insert any town inside of 495* exist and the rent is probably comparable.
my uneducated opinion anyway...

I heard if you drive up and down residential streets with a really loud car, people will become extremely attracted to you, and you will be drowning in friends and admirers.

Agreed. You'll pay 150-200 extra for parking, and your car will be broken into within 2 weeks of moving there.

I'm sure I will have moved by the time its actually available but this is nice. I used to live in an area where fios and cox were both available, so they had to compete. prices were low, speed was fast, and we rarely had outages.
