I'm not moving into a 500 Sq ft apartment on a snap decision just because that's the only way a landlord will honor the prices they're advertising by Sunfish-Studio
Awesome! There are a lot of good people out there in all fields, but the bad ones ruin it for everyone. The training to get involved in real estate is honestly horrible, no one is as prepared as they should be to be an agent or to be a property manager.
If you want to text or call me and talk over some options for buying or renting I’d love to connect with you! I could share with you our lenders information and go over that for a pre-approval too. My phone number is (724) 462-5694

What area are you looking at for rentals? I may be able to help! I’m sorry that these buildings and other realtors can be so horrible to work with at times

Hello! My brother is autistic with sever sensory issues, and he has attended New Brighton and Blackhawk school districts and we have only good things to say about them! He is able to have aids working with him all day, which has been very helpful. The only thing is they are pretty far north of the city, about 45 minutes. So that could be a negative factor depending on where you will be working!
I have other family with a child with an IEP in West Allegheny school district, they transferred there after home schooling and are much happier there. That puts you around the Robinson area, which is much closer to Pittsburgh and city life in general
