Canada has higher gas taxes. You get what you pay for. Anyone who voted against indexing the gas tax to inflation has themselves to thank for potholes.

California is the number one provider of food. I'm fine never eating anything with corn syrup from the red states again.

The poor people in Suffolk Country would be more unhealthy if they walked less. So yes its economics. There is also a lot of air pollution from cars and planes in the Boston area.

That property manager is a thief. Its probably like 30 minutes of work a week, tops. Don't pay because a building of that size obviously does not need a property manager.

The city and state are flush with cash. They could easily do all this and save a ton of lives. But they don't because entitled drivers will complain because they think their time is more important than other people's lives.

Assembly Row isn't incredible. Its an outdoor shopping mall next to a a T station yet they dedicated 90% of the space to cars. The best part about indoor malls is no cars yet they fucked that up. It could have been incredible if they designed it for people instead of SUVs from the suburbs.
