He not only removed the dead branches, he also removed large mature thriving limbs. Limbs that would NEVER grow back. Her lush full trees were cannibalized. When she complained that she asked for the dead branches to be removed not the thriving limbs he basically blew her off and left in a huff, leaving tons of debris in her yard.
