I seared large cubed beef and removed it then used a base of onion carrot and celery followed by garlic and sautéed until soft. Then deglazed with red wine and beef stock. Added roasted tomatoes and tinned ones with some water with basil, bay leaves, salt and pepper and added the beef back and cooked in the oven at a low temp with the lid off most of the cooking time. Sorry I don’t have measurements I eyeballed everything

Baked because there was a lot of them but definitely prefer fried
