Uber and Lyft gets expensive if going to and from work 5 days a week, then running errands. That's hundreds a week.

Oh we all know what each other are paid already. My field is very small. $5k over isn't a big stretch and highly possible.

I always tell them at least $5k over my current salary as my actual salary. Works out well.

$26k for a brand new civic isn't happening right now. Dealerships are charging over $5k above MSRP due to inflation.

I recommend talking to the owners of the home and see if they will let you out of the lease. Gosh this sucks.

Where I live, the state sends your title shortly after paying off the car loan.
