Oh so it was cause of the pandemic that makes sense. Hope they bring it back I get on at 69th and off at gulph mills/dekalb hahaha the limited service would save me soooo much time

How did it work if you know? AFAIK there’s no second track on the route, so idk how limited or express trains would pass the train making all stops

It’s because of water content, most likely. A common comparison I used to see was “are you going to get full faster on grapes or raisins?” They’re the same thing basically but one is dried. Because of that it takes up less volume and mass and can fit more compactly in the stomach per calorie

I don’t think “real” meat would become a luxury because it would taste better though. Most likely lab grown meat will taste as good if not better than the luxury stuff because it can be more finely controlled and will contain less gristle and connective tissue. The luxury meat would be high end because it would be authentic and expensive, and if the difference was big enough it might actually put the other market out of business
