It’s a garbage man thing. I see it a lot more in north Jersey/NYC though.

I see drivers doing that multiple times a night and sends me into a full blown rage.

Wayne Moving and Storage (Atlas Van Lines agent), Riley & Sons, and Clemmer Moving and Storage (Allied Van Lines agent). Never used them myself but I know they do long distance moves.

Edit: thought Wayne was a North American Van Lines agent
