I saw the early access Dungeons and Dragons movie last Sunday and I really enjoyed it! It was an overall fun movie with lots of nods to the game, but nothing that would alienate someone who was unfamiliar. For example, one character used a flaming green sword. I thought it looked cool. Afterwards, I found out that it's "a thing" in the game.

Gotta take OG cat for his pre-op workup this afternoon. That should be fun. He's a good car rider and patient at the vet, but omg getting him in the carrier is an ordeal.

Not only is it console too, but it's supposed to launch with cross play. If the husband's computer is unable to play it, that's going to be our work around, me on my laptop and him on the Xbox. If my laptop doesn't cut it, I guess that means we'll finally be getting that ps5. I want to play Stray anyway.

It's been twenty years so I honestly don't remember any details. It was something to the effect of they wanted to present evidence showing how deeply Malvo had been manipulated, but they couldn't. I remember doing a 180 once she explained a few things because I really respected her and her opinion. She wasn't a random bleeding heart.

Oh... Well, if it'll make you feel any better I had a classmate who interned for that guy during the Malvo trial. She told me some things about that case that the judge didn't allow for public consumption that changed my mind about him.

Fingers crossed that Goochland will get their act together under public scrutiny.

I have a day full of meetings and all the paperwork, but at least we're interviewing more folks today. I love that the Great Resignation is finally causing wages to rise and allowing my former coworkers to make more money no matter where, but the hiring process sucks balls.

West End? I will always recommend Sakura. Been there so many times and I've never gotten food poisoning. Absolutely can't say that same thing about the Kabuto's on Broad. Sakura isn't super fancy on the inside though so fair warning.

I too was awoken much too early by puppy. I'm going to the Pet Expo later, but I'm not sure about taking him like I originally planned since it's going to rain. I don't want to deal with wet dog in the husband's car since mine currently has a broken window motor.

SoooOOoo....her name is Leskimi Nair, but before you go searching for her, I have to give disclaimers - It's not in English and only some of the videos have English subtitles. She also does a crap ton of filler talking. Additionally, most of the recipes will probably be unfamiliar to you bc Indian restaurants around here are North Indian. Shaan Geo's videos are better bc there's no filler talk. The ingredients are written in English so in theory you should be able to follow along even with the language barrier. But same disclaimer about the recipes.

By sheer coincidence, I bought tortilla chips and queso last night so I look forward to celebrating.

I found a YouTuber who makes traditional regional Indian food. I had great success with her recipe and method for overly complicated flatbread, so we're moving on to her dosa recipe. Fingers crossed.
