Thanks, and yeah since I added all anime conventions, I'm gonna make one for all comic cons soon, it's just that there are way too many to go through.

NY had the most soldiers which make sense, but Ohio had the highest percentage of enlistment.
Also Tennessee was a southern state, quickly fell and provided a lot of support to the Union.

I saw a previous map that only did language family by country, I thought there was a lot more to it, and countries by themselves have regions with different languages. So I decided to go on further and do it by subdivision, giving it more detail.

Sources: Goign through each Nations demogrphics sections and using previous language maps of the world.
Example.: when I wanted to find the majority language of Nunavut I look at the Wikipedia article for its demographics. The majority of native language is indigenous. Inuit language.

Virginia was the largest state during the 1700s with expansion and rapid industrialization everyone moved north and west.

Territories. And peoples birth locations are recorded in their certificates so it's not hard to track it down.
