By the sound of things El Nino mighr be better than La Nina as a whole regardless of where you live for the most part

I don't know how genetically close they are to other owl species. However if they are capable I wouldn't rule it out

Its not a bad way to make money if you know what you are doing. Obviously you have to build up client base and give out solid advice
