That hasn’t stopped after 3+ years. Put offers on 7 different houses in late 2020 before finally getting accepted. We got feedback from several sellers that we were beat out by cash offers.

Ukrops makes them, but it looks like they’re sold out online, and I think the Market Hall is closed Mondays.
But you may have some luck at a Kroger or Publix finding one?

There are townhomes being built at the corner of Woodman Rd and Hungary. They have the framing up so I’m not sure how active the big vehicles are currently, but there’s still a ton of machinery out there.
There’s a Dunkin’ and a Little Ceasars that you might be able to park at and get a view.

I’m not a lawyer, but as far as I’m aware, any official notices MUST come to you physically-via mail or in-person delivery.
If you’re being looked into for debt collection, civil suit, what have you, you will receive a paper summons or notice.
They may be a legit company and trying to get additional info from you that they can claim you willingly gave them. I’d ignore until you get an official notice of something.

Commenter isn’t wrong. I recently purchased and went through the same process. List price was not getting you a house-we had to put at least 10-20k over to even stand a chance.
On the few that returned comments to us (they did this after we started including offer letters), they all said we were beat out by cash offers they just couldn’t refuse.
