Jasper Fforde's shade of grey, for example.. If you persist as a fan, this may eventually change though!

Reply to comment by Fabulous-Relative333 in Too much or too little sleep could be making you sick more. Those who reported sleeping less than six hours a night were 27% more likely to report a recent infection, and those who reported more than nine hours sleep were 44% more likely to report one. by MistWeaver80
I'm in camp causation.. but I think the illness is affecting your sleep patterns and not the sleep patterns mkaing you sick.

It takes about 90s and the sound is filtered out as background noise and I will focus on something completely else. I can't listen to podcasts either for the same reason. Gaining knowledge through an audiobook seems impossible to me.

I was more thinking about personal choices of the kids less the parents.
But I was mostly wondering out loud and have no data at all. So thanks for doing the research for me.

Wonder how much it has to do with gender stereotypes tbh. Girls are still taught to accommodate while boys are told to go get what they want.
A family saying they have to scale back on sodas due to cost may have different effect on boys and girls in each family.

For a worrisome second I thought you were trying to get an ant invasion going or something because I took the filthy too literal.
But those are clean filthy magnets
